Captain America is called to London where he us reunited with his World War II friends Jacqueline Falsworth (former Spitfire and Cap's teammate in the Invaders) and Lord Falsworth (former Union Jack of World War I). There seems to be a slasher on the loose and all the clues point to the Invaders' old adversary, the vampire Baron Blood! NOTE: 1st appearance of Union Jack III (Joseph "Joey" Chapman).
