The historical second race between Superman and the Flash has the fate of the Earth hanging in the balance! A pair of intergalactic gamblers take the Justice League hostage and force the two heroes to compete in a speed contest across the entire universe. Also, the aliens decide to lay out a variety of deadly traps just to make things interesting. Superman and Flash finally decide to team up and rescue their compatriots. Also, with a little help from Martian Manhunter, it's revealed that the entire race was secretly a set-up engineered by Reverse-Flash and Abra Kadabra.
