Before Frank Miller's run in the 1980s and the hit Netflix series made Daredevil the popular character he is today, many a great artist took a swing at illustrating ol' horn head. But, few had the impact of the late, great Wally Wood. His short run on Daredevil is thought to be some of his best work and is certainly some of the best work in the history of the title. Fans of both Wood and Daredevil know that if you want to own the very best, issue #7 is the one you need to get. It's the first time the character dons his trademark all-red costume (and why in the world it would ever be a different color is beyond me!) as he battles Prince Namor, the Sub-Mariner!
