Origin/1st app of the new Bullseye; Rich Buckler/Frank Giacoia cover; COMIC BOOK IMPACT rating of 7 (CBI)Every hero needs a supervillain arch nemesis, one who not only presents an existential threat but an impassioned one as well. Enter Bullseye, a mysterious mercenary with elite skills in marksmanship who is the inverse of Daredevil’s more controlled and calculated demeanor. Created by Marv Wolfman and John Romita Sr. Bullseye became one of Daredevil’s most deadly foes, as Matt Murdoch’s extra-sensory perception make him the perfect counterpoint to an assassin who "never misses" thus inducing a psychotic obsession with the blind hero. Although he possesses no actual powers Bullseye has supernatural accuracy, resulting in the ability to turn any object into a deadly projectile with enough force to kill. Both Daredevil and Bullseye share an equal hatred for one another as Bullseye has killed two of Daredevil’s love interests making him more than a run-of the-mill enemy. To this day the sinister sniper has no backstory and has even gone as far as to invent horrific childhood tragedies for his own amusement. Fans of DD lore instantly gravitated toward Bullseye knowing that whenever he shows up an epic battle is likely to ensue. Bullseye appeared in the 2003 "Daredevil” movie, played by Colin Farrell, and was last seen in the Marvel Netflix show of the same name. With the number of appearances outside comics growing, Bullseye’s fanbase is getting larger with each passing year making this a book a necessity for comic book collectors and fans alike.
